Lucy was the first Australopithecus afarensis skeleton ever uncovered and is probably the world’s most famous early human ancestor. She had long dangling arms, stood three and a half feet tall and walked upright.

How did Lucy get her name?

Later in the night of November 24, there was much celebration and excitement over the discovery of what looked like a fairly complete hominid skeleton. There was drinking, dancing, and singing; the Beatles’ song “Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds” was playing over and over. At some point during that night, no one remembers when or by whom, the skeleton was given the name “Lucy.” The name has stuck.

But this ‘Lucy’ the movie. Its not all about the Australopithecus afarensis skeleton.

It’s about a woman, caught in a dark deal, turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic with the synthetic CPH4 crystals.

Lucy is the only movie that visualized when someone on their high capacity of their cerebral (brain). I enjoyed this movie so much that I pay to see it again!

The movie probably require an audiences with certain level of scientific education, open mindedness in order to understand and appreciate what’s going on in the story line Besson manages to successfully transform a drug heist movie onto a very good sci-fi thriller.

But if you ever try meditation, you’ll find out that it was not far from possibility to reach certain brain level.

Lucy in the movie talk about time. Time makes us exist and feel. Without it, we weren’t here. Very nice reminder!
